Kizunaway was born from a long-standing connection between Japan and Europe, shaped by over 35 years of experience exploring Japanese antiques, craftsmanship, and culture.
Based in Kurume, Kyushu, we live and work in Japan while collaborating with collectors and clients across Europe and the United States, offering access to Japanese antiques, traditional crafts, and carefully selected decorative objects, along with personalized sourcing directly from Japan.
Our approach is guided by a respect for materials, history, and the quiet presence of objects shaped by time.
The name reflects this philosophy: “Kizuna” (絆) evokes connection, while “way” suggests a path — a journey through Japanese culture, aesthetics, and discovery.
